Tom has more than 25-years in the economic development profession. His work has focused on growing and attracting companies, talent recruitment, workforce development, public/private partnerships and creating programs supporting innovation, commercialization and entrepreneurship.
His career projects exceed $10 billion in value and 50,000 jobs; these include the 2005 BRAC win for Aberdeen Proving Ground and numerous HQ, R&D lab and industrial projects for major public and private sector clients.
His work spans all industry sectors, to include aerospace, big-data, cyber, bio-health, energy, additive manufacturing, ed-tech, finance, and global logistics and transportation.
Tom is active on many boards related to business, public policy, education and health.
